RealtyKit is operated by BrainSurge, LLC. These terms are an agreement between you and BrainSurge, LLC. By using RealtyKit you agree to them; if you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

RealtyKit generates draft marketing content for real estate listings from photos and details you provide. Output is produced by artificial intelligence and provided as a draft for your review.

Your responsibility for content

You are solely responsible for all content you publish. AI-generated content can contain errors, omissions, or language that requires correction. Before publishing you must review and verify all content, including accuracy of property facts and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations — including the Fair Housing Act, state and local fair housing laws, MLS rules, and advertising regulations. RealtyKit does not certify or warrant that any content is compliant.

Acceptable use

• Only upload photos and details you have the right to use.
• Do not attempt to access other users' data.
• Do not use the service to generate deceptive content.

Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe and can be canceled at any time via the billing portal; access continues through the end of the paid period. Plan limits apply as described on the pricing page.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RealtyKit is provided "as is" and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for losses arising from published content. Our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice.
